Metal Specifications

Silver (Ag)

Silver - 93.38% + Copper (Zinc Free Alloy) Color - Premium Silver. It is a high quality silver alloy commonly used in jewelry and other skin-safe applications. The material is very malleable and shines brightly after polishing.

Titanium (Ti₆Al₄V)

Lightweight titanium alloy with excellent mechanical strength and superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for functional prototypes and high-performance end-use parts.

Cobalt Chrome (Co28Cr6Mo)

It is a super alloy and is known for its high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent creep and corrosion resistance. Cobalt-Chrome is a super alloy that is used for specialty applications within the aerospace and medical industries.

Polishing

Polishing is a vast part in making and achieving a good
quality finish, which can change the whole look and feel of your
finished 3D printed piece. Aside from correcting those minor
imperfections, there are a variety of reasons to post process parts, ranging from the need to ensure parts meet dimensional requirements to smoothing internal channels to increase flow rates to aesthetic considerations.

Finishing options to consider:

Matte (Sand Blasting): The model goes through a sanding process, removing any of the large impurities in the object. The remaining surface is slightly rough, but wearable as a ring or
otherwise.

Mirror Polish (Plasma Polishing): The model is polished to a mirror shine through a Plasma Polishing machine.

Delivery options

The standard delivery time (the time between placing and shipping your order) lies between 2 and 5 business days (holidays not included). The time depends on the complexity, material, and finish of your order. Most of the orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Since the in transit time lies on delivery carrier, check your options, before placing an order. Operating worldwide we offer compelling international
rates and personalized packaging options.
