Payables 

All accounts are due and payable upon the receipt on each monthly statement. Unpaid balances of 90 days will be sent to the collection agency unless arrangements are made. Furthermore, court and attorney fees and all other expenses, which may be incurred  in collection of past due balances, is the responsibility of the defaulted party.

Remake Policy

JMP believes in treating an open communication and participation between a dental professional and JMP team. We ensure that your patient receives the finest restoration possible, fabricated to your particular case specification. Should this become necessary to remake a case, JMP will gladly and efficiently do so. Therefore, JMP will remake a part within 90 days, following a delivery of the appliance, when the error has been made by JMP.

However, when the error is questionable (the prosthetic fits the model but not in the mouth), we reserve the right to split the laboratory fees. In the event, when the dentist has been contacted by JMP about possible complications and nevertheless authorized the work to be completed, the dentist then assumes all the responsibility for the work fees.
